Vietnam was among seven aid recipients of the Atlantic Philanthropies, said Rhodes. The organisation had approved donations of US$213mil for Vietnam's health and education sectors. The beneficiaries include the Da Nang Hospital, the Central Paediatrics Hospital and the Community Health University.
